Please double check your email is correct and leave a valid phone number, I will have no way of contacting you if there is a typo in your email. I will reply within 24/48 hours so please check your spam or junk mailbox as the emails do get sent there sometimes.

Booking Information

Booking Process  
To secure a wedding date booking, clients must pay a deposit of £150 (or more if it's a big party) which can be paid via BACS. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. We operate on a first come first serve so without a depsoit your booking is not secured.

Payment 
Once you agree to book an invoice will be sent to you with all the payment details. As soon as the deposit has been paid your wedding date is booked. A trial date will then be arranged on a date that suits you.  

After a successful trial, the remaining balance must be paid within 5 days to secure your wedding date. 

Travel Costs   
Travel costs are dependent on your location. This is worked out using your postcode and will be emailed to you at time of enquiry. Travel is  £0.55p per mile from studio's location in NG13. If the wedding location is further than approximately one hour and half drive, accommodation may be required for the night prior to the wedding.

Additional Pricing Information  
Minimum day rate in 2024 is £350 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.

A full days booking (including post ceremony hair changes) is £70 per hour for the additional hours needed, please enquire if you think you need this. 

Location 
Moira resides in Nottinghamshire and also takes jobs in following areas: Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Birmingham, Warwickshire, Peak District, Sheffield, Derbyshire. Any additional location please enquire.

Cancellation Fees   
If for some reason you wish to cancel your wedding booking, your cancellation must be confirmed by email as soon as possible. Your £150 deposit will be retained.

In case of client cancellation up to four months before the wedding, the deposit (£150) remains non refundable with no exceptions. The remaining balance is refundable, less the price of trial if trial has been completed. 

In case of client cancellation within four months before the wedding, all payments made are non-refundable and balance must be paid in full.

Big Groups  
Moira works with a number of other hairstylists and will be able to cater for larger groups as needed.

Trial Dates & Times 
Trials can be arranged on a weekday, Monday through to Thursday in Nottingham at Moira's Studio in NG13 8JP

Hair Extensions 
Hair extensions are an additional cost. Your hair colour will be matched during trial and will be used if necessary.
